How Request Works
There are a number of ways you can Request
Option 1 - FULL ROSTER
Simply click on the FULL ROSTER at the top of our home page and see everyone who we represent. Once you click on any specific act you can find more out about them by listening to available playlists or watching available videos.
Option 2 -DIG DEEPER
If you have a specialist music direction in mind you can click our logo on the top left and scroll down to select artists based on two filters. Firstly, the Venue Filter allows you to select a club or event and discover which of our DJ’s and acts have played at that venue or event. Secondly, the Genre Filter allows you to select the music styles you want for your event and see which of our acts play those style’s.
Request Artists have worked on both sides of events and have hand picked a roster of artists that will deliver a fantastic event. We have a seamless system for run sheets, contracting and ensuring your event is amazing.

You can request artists via genre, club/festival styles, music style or by looking at our collection of artists.
CONFIRM
Request will be back in touch within one business day to confirm your REQUEST and discuss pricing
EVENT
Artists are briefed, contract issued, music and all details are confirmed and your event is ready!
Request a Booking
Once you’ve chosen any DJ or artist by clicking REQUEST A BOOKING within an artist’s page, you need to enter the details of your event and your contact details. Once submitted this will ensure we are back in touch no later than one business day regarding the artists availability & fee. If your selected artist is unavailable we will provide you with alternatives in our reply.
Accepting and Securing Bookings
If you accept the fee quote for your chosen artist the entire process is handled online from there with a very clear and simple acceptance of the booking and the terms & conditions being agreed with an online signature. Following that acceptance, all the event details including date, time, event and artists performing are emailed to you so you have complete details of everything booked with Request Artists. An invoice for the deposit is also emailed once a booking is accepted.
Multiple artist for large scale events
If you have an event that you feel requires multiple acts, covers long hours or even runs across several days or weeks, then we are happy to discuss a bespoke program that can satisfy the various mods that these events may require. Drop us a request for a catch up on.

Click on our Sound and Lighting page to review our pre-built packages, send a request to book the same as you would for any artist or to get in touch with us about a bespoke setup if you feel your event is beyond the scope of these curated offerings.

Request a Booking
Once you’ve chosen any DJ or artist, clicking REQUEST A BOOKING within an artists page allows you to enter the details of your event and your contact details (which includes a picture and joining our site), thus once submitted will ensure we are back in touch within two business days regarding the artists availability, fee and that all details are provided by you for contracting and invoicing right from the start. Note that you have the ability to enter the exact time of your event and if any artist date or time cannot be clicked on it means they are unavailable and you can consider other artists without waiting to hear back from us.
Log in & Booking Contracts
All contracting and invoicing is generated automatically once you enter your details and register with our site. Then we get back in touch to confirm any details and secure any potential booking. Neither party needs to double or triple handle information from that point and our back end keeps track of all communication, contracting and invoicing so everybody knows exactly what stage any booking is at, from the initial enquiry through to the day of the actual event.
